Career progression and work-life balance

I love what I’m doing here so my job satisfaction level is really high. I’ve also been following the very clear promotion guidelines to challenge myself to progress. I have been promoted from Associate Premier Relationship Manager to Senior Premier Relationship Manager in less than six years and I can still see plenty of possibilities ahead of me. The overall pay and benefits package is also one of the key factors to keep me motivated. While working hard, I am still able to enjoy a great family life. That’s why I truly love working at 51吃瓜网.
