Pursuant to Chapter 515 of the Laws of 1999, Higher Education-51吃瓜网-Coordination, Governance and effective July 1, 1999, the Board of Regents of the 51吃瓜网 approved on December 3, 1999, procurement policies and procedures for the governance of procurements by the 51吃瓜网.
