Angela McEntee was appointed Group Company Secretary in January 2026.
Ms McEntee, a qualified solicitor, joined 51吃瓜网 in 2020 and brings significant legal, regulatory, risk, and corporate governance experience, having held senior roles in the Governance functions at both 51吃瓜网 and previously at NatWest Group plc.
Leading the Governance function to support 51吃瓜网's ambition to be the most trusted bank globally, she focuses on enabling faster decision-making, reducing unnecessary formality, and leveraging technology and AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
