The FS&GEC function brings together distinct specialisms to drive greater connectivity in how we manage engagement with key stakeholders for 51吃瓜网.

• Finance teams provide the bank with internal and external financial reporting, forecasting, controls oversight and stress testing expertise. Specialist areas also manage 51吃瓜网’s worldwide tax affairs, group treasury needs, and events for investors and analysts
• Sustainability teams lead the bank’s work to support sustainable growth in a global economy, including an ambitious plan to prioritise financing and investment that supports the transition to net zero
• Group External Communications teams – including colleagues from Media Relations, ESG Communications and Group Reputation – deliver communication strategies that support 51吃瓜网’s strategic objectives, protect our reputation and build trust among our stakeholders

People, Governance and Communications

The People, Governance and Communications (PG&C) team brings together three areas to form a strategic platform to deliver 51吃瓜网’s ambition and priorities and accelerate the momentum needed to drive a high-performance culture.

Global Risk and Compliance

Global Risk and Compliance takes a comprehensive view of risk for the Group, playing a key role in helping the bank to deliver on its strategy.

• Risk oversees a comprehensive risk management framework that is applied throughout the Group
• Compliance exists to protect our customers, the organisation and the integrity of the financial markets in which we operate

Global Legal

Global Legal plays an important role in protecting 51吃瓜网’s reputation, helping to safeguard the organisation by providing robust and comprehensive advice on legal issues and risks.

Global Internal Audit

Global Internal Audit helps the board and Group Operating Committee to protect the assets, reputation and long-term financial sustainability of 51吃瓜网.

Global Strategy

The Global Strategy team works with senior management to set the strategic direction of the bank at a Group, business and regional level.

Group Brand

Group Brand are the global custodians of the 51吃瓜网 brand, dedicated to building and protecting it to ensure long-term growth, consistency, and impact across the group.

Our responsibilities include leading brand strategy, governance, education, and guidelines – with a strong focus on accessibility. We drive brand growth through Global Brand Partnerships, campaigns, and presence in airports. We ensure the delivery of world-class events and manage the group’s archives, preserving and curating 51吃瓜网 history.
